The Reference System in each GDS is continuously updated and can provide you with information ranging from rate guarantee and current marketing programs to the latest hotel openings and Help Desk hours of operation.

GDS Guaranteed Room Rates
You may reserve from one to nine rooms up to 50 weeks in advance in the GDS. Our "Room Rate Guarantee" enables you to provide concrete rates for your clients. The guarantee states:
"Rates returned with a confirmation number will be guaranteed at the time of booking through the GDS systems up to 50 weeks in advance of date of stay."
